Abstract is often the way I enjoy my painting more.. it is a little more a realistic abstract.. Clearly it is one of the direction I have taken with my paintings. I started an abstract class once a week for couple of hours so hope you will enjoy my work and don’t hesitate to criticise otherwise how you expect me to improve… There will be more to come… I have many people thankfully who inspired me and few important are even here, blogging as we do… They already know as I often mentioned it before, but some are completely outsiders, so if you find a good one don’t hesitate to direct me to see their work.. hope you will enjoy it too.

Friday Supper
On monday evening in my Oil class, we had to paint an abstract painting with no Brushes. I normally deep my hands and fingers anyway so I wondered what else should I use. I have decided to use a fork and knife.. so all that left was to think about the subject and it all clicked when I had a fish and chips picked the other night in that new store that opened down the road from where we live. I picked up few of those little plastic forks they have there on display and the subject came all together clear to me also.. Enjoy.
My View
I enjoy some loose, abstract style that give me great expression and feel while painting. So when I have few spare minutes.. I play and splash some paints little water and later I try to look and find what I can see in the painting… Try it, it’s quite relaxing and intriguing, I never know what results I am going to have and when you show it to someone else it is amazing what they find too…
King Charles the Martyr Church
Welcome to abstract King Charles Martyr Church in Tunbridge Wells. On my last oil/acrylics evening class we painted realistic abstracts. Some times I paint a portrait which demands some good lines and look a like features and I find it challenging and enjoyable. Often I find that I need to escape those lines and paint loose and more abstract. I enjoy both, although I find that when I paint abstract I enjoy some freedom and the paintings is full with me with my personal expressions. It also give the viewer their own say about the picture, which I enjoy very much. I have no doubt that soon there will be here few more portraits based on my abstract’s freedom too… Enjoy.

Lady of the Woods
Homeless
Soon it will be December and Christmas upon us. Everyone who paints probably starts thinking about those winter’s scenes, snow and even Father Christmas.
Let me change the subject slightly, nearly every year around November time we exhibit in our local Council with our art club it is called; ‘Kaleidoscope exhibition’. This year we have decided to raise money from some special paintings we have donated to the exhibition. The council is using the funds collected to help with accommodation for our local homeless people, what a great idea for such an important cause. People, that for whatever reason, have no choice but to live outside in these times. Just spare a thought about it and think that in our little world there are some people who are less privileged. Those people have suffered enough and they need our help with whatever we can and without any judgment. I hope that we artists produce at least one painting and do our utmost to sell it and donate the money to such a worthwhile cause. Let’s try to make the lives of these important souls warm and happy this year.
